I love leafy trees (always have, since I was a child) ... and this one is no exception.... hasn't it got the cutest wee bird nesting in it's branches! This new SNB image is called Leafy Tree, and you'll find it here at the SNB shop....
I coloured it with Stardust Pens and an Aquash Water brush, and outlined the grass in pen too. I was sneaky with the ribbon and bow.... you'll find out how, if you visit my personal blog and view the entry for the card... thanks for peepin'!

Cherry Tea, anyone?
This is one of the fabulous teapot images available at the SNB Shop right at this minute.... this is called Cherry Teapot, and I love it! A very versatile image, don't you agree?
I've created this card with a landscape orientation - the fold is on the left, on the short side. The image is coloured with Stardust Glitter Pens and an Aquash water brush. And I added some stitching too... pleave visit my personal blog for more details of this card, and many other creations using StretchNBubbles images! Thanks for peepin'!

Kitten calling
I have wanted to have a play with easel cards for a while now - I keep seeing them in other people's blogs - but they are not huge in the UK. Not content with just starting simple I saw this wicked pattern for a post-it holder and just had to copy it.
I used this cherry cupcake image HERE - there is also a really jummy strawberry one
I re-sized the image so I could add a bit of depth to it. Actually it was fairly straight forward, I am going to do a couple more and then I can start playing with size and shapes. Really pleased with the effect it gives.

Flower Parade!
This is Flower #1 of a fun and funky set of flowers available at SNB... this link to the SNB Shop will take you to all five flowers, and more! I just love the doodle style, don't you?
I coloured the image background with chalks, and coloured the image itself with Stardust Pens and an Aquash Water pen. I also outlined some of the image to give it colour too. You can see this card and more of my SNB creations at my personal blog.... thanks for peepin'!

Rockin' Rocket
I love this Rocket image (you'll find it here at the SNB Shop) .... it just oozes all the fun a little boy would have playing Spaceman.... I couldn't resist using primary colours for it....
In keeping with it's bold colours, I used only those same colours throughout the card - the blue starry card is gorgous with gold embossed stars ... just perfect for a little space ride! I used Stardust Pens and an Aquash Water pen to colour the image and attached it with foam tape to give it LIFT OFF!
You are welcome to visit my personal blog to see this creation, and many more from StretchNBubbles! Thanks for peepin'!

Our dear Alison is very pooly at the moment - so you are stuck with me adding extra bits to emtertain you - if there is anything you would like me to 'show and tell' - just ask. And send Alison loads of good wishes to get rid of all those nasty bugs and get well soon (((hugs alison))).
Now - I don't know if it's because I have dabbled in so many arts and crafts all my life - or just that I have a warped mind!
- but I saw this BRAND NEW digi from Stretch N Bubbles
and I thinks - STENCIL - yes
Print out the digi the size you want - mine is done to almost fill the front of an A5 card. Then cut out the 'holes' - you may need to tweek the deisgn a little so that you don't have a blank space (after all, they weren't meant for this!).
Then I sponged through the holes with my finger dabber and Distress Inks. There are about 4 shades of each colour - which makes a fab effect.
Result!! This would look amazing stencilled on the wall - or is that a step too far?
have fun

We're Behind You
Hello Everyone, D'Anne here. I created a tag to share with you today using the 'We're Behind You' digital stamp.

I created this tag by adding layers of solid and pattern papers. I wanted the digital image to hang loosely on the project. I punched out the image using a wide oval punch and then added a jump ring. This tag says, 'We're behind you all the way.' Next, I added some fibers to give texture and color. This digital image would be great on cards, stationary, scrapbook pages or any project. You can purchase the image I used in the store here.
If you want to see more of my work, you're welcome to visit my personal blog.

- a Starbucks gift pouch
I had a Chrimbo parcel from someone - with this little extra - huby pounced on the cocoa - I pounced on the box!!! - oh, the life of a crafter
I stuck the opened box on to a piece of card - and extended the base to make it more secure. All you do is cut round the shape in your coloured card stock - and decorate.I hope Starbucks don't mind the borrow!!!
